The Official Position on PUBLIC PRAYER of the LEADERSHIP of Brand New Beginnings Ministries in Poughkeepsie, NY is that Victims and Targets of the LEADERSHIP of Brand New Beginnings Ministries should not be allowed Public Prayer at Faith Assembly of God in Poughkeepsie, NY. They were asked publically this on April 13th, 2014 with Deacon George Andrews and some of their victims present and refused to answer. A non – answer in a NO Answer.

The self proclaimed and self promoting Christian leaders in question are Constance Ramsey-Dixon the Director of Brand New Beginnings Ministry and Carrie (Caridad) Cocurullo the President of Brand New Beginnings Ministry. All three of us are congregants of Faith Assembly of God in Poughkeepsie, NY, where Carrie Cocurullo is the “spiritual daughter” of Lead (senior) Pastor Edward Jones.

To this date, neither has gotten the conviction of the Holy Spirit to respond privately or publically to this question. And Neither has Deacon George Andrews who runs the Public Prayer Program, Samuel Prayer Ministry at Faith Assembly of God in Poughkeepsie, NY.

The reason for NO PUBLIC PRAYER for the victims of the Cocurullo-Dixon Team is because of a Gag Order placed on me Day 3 after the violence and criminal acts of Carrie Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey Dixon which left me a cripple some of the time as noted in the The Corrupt leadership of Brand New Beginnings Ministry in Poughkeepsie, NY Post of April 3rd, 2014. During this Gag Order both Carrie Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey-Dixon have used the Samuel Prayer System for their secondary ministry, their family and themselves very liberally. I was not afforded public prayer because it may bring light to their unrepentant violence and criminal acts, as well as the post April 7th 2013 subsequent acts of slander, serial lying, stalking and extortion using the most vulnerable.

NOTE: The ungodly Gag Order (Isolation of the Innocent – almost like dis-fellowship by the Jehovahs Witnesses which is not supported by the Assembly of God Headquarters in Springfirld, MO., was instituted by Pastor Linda Schreck and Pastor Jones refused to lift it without explanation. Deacon George Andrews is also part of the Wall of Silence. No accountability to the victims to this date for this abomination.

Let it be known as of April 13th, 2014: That Director of Brand New Beginnings Ministry, Constance Ramsey-Dixon  is AGAINST PUBLIC PRAYER for her VICTIMS of her and President Carrie Cocurullo’s criminal and violent acts of April 7th, 2013 and subsequent acts of slander, serial lying, stalking and extortion using the most vulnerable.

NOTE: Deacon Terry Padillo Conti and Deacon George Andrews remain silent on the “suppression” of Public Prayer. But then again they have withheld information on the crimes of the Cocurullo-Dixon Team from the victims. In this case also their silence (secrecy) tends to amount to support for Gag Orders for the victims and for suppression of public prayer for innocent hurting people. Secrecy, Protectionism and Isolation is spiritual abuse. It is sin. It is idolatry at the cost of the sheep in favor of self promoting apostates. It is about hiding sin of leaders instead of dealing with sin.

Personal behavior goes to Ministerial Integrity. Can leaders that suppress “Public Prayer” for the victims of crime be trusted in as Credentialed Ministers? Would reputable Christian Organizations credential them? Especially the ministry they are so-called to minister in? They have corrupted prayer. They have no fear of the Lord.

Neither Constance Ramsey-Dixon or Carrie Cocurullo care about the people harmed the last 13 months. They do not care about the 20 plus people affected negatively against Christ. It is about hiding sin and not repenting. It is about their glory and not about God’s that they do what they do. It is about being a Pharisee, not a Christian.
