These self proclaimed and self promoting Christian leaders in question are Constance Ramsey-Dixon then President (now director) and Carrie (Caridad) Cocurullo then Vice President (now President) of Brand New Beginnings Ministry. All three of us are congregants of Faith Assembly of God in Poughkeepsie, NY, where Carrie Cocurullo is the “spiritual daughter” of Lead (senior) Pastor Edward Jones. This episode started October 5th, 2012 with a Spirit of Entitlement and a little fraud and grew into where we will start the story where Constance Ramsey-Dixon and Carrie Cocurullo committed violence and criminal acts leaving me a part time cripple and affecting over 20 people negatively against the church in general, Faith Assembly of God in specific and against the name of Jesus (Yeshua) on April 7th, 2013.

The Team of Cocurullo – Dixon committed acts after that of stalking, serial lying, slander, threats from the beginning, and when they thought they were safe they tried to use extortion using the most vulnerable member of my family, a battered woman. The threats of extortion against my family and I have not been removed. Through all this they were (and are) more concerned with their name then the well being of their victims and the name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God clearly states that if you say you love the Lord, but hate your brother, you are a liar. (1 John 4:20)

This leads to the question on why I am exposing this today. The reasons for their threats are to prevent the knowledge of their sin to come to light. So bringing the truth to light will take down the threats. The first and immediate is to make an attempt on removing this threat with the light of Truth. Matthew 18:15-17 and Luke 17:3 was applied as best as possible. They did receive a written Letter of Rebuke. Niether responded as scripture dictated with the witness (though unwilling) from selected church leaders. This is going to be a public rebuke. They are” The top” leadership of a public ministry with all their efforts so far to protect their name in that ministry against all counsel of the Word of God, rather to repent and make amends.

1 Timothy Chapter 5:19-20:   19 Do not receive an accusation against an elder except on the basis of two or three witnesses. 20 Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning. NASB

And yes, over 2 witnesses were received against these self proclaimed leaders. More like 8 plus that has come forward.

As noted in our “why we are here” section “about” tab; Jesus attacked publically false religion with the Pharisees more than any other iniquity. We as the Body of Christ have a responsibility to demand change when repentance from within before sin grows. Especially in light of Today’s Evangelical Church where the Emergent church is taking a hold that allows a shallow commitment to Christ, but promotes the worst to come to leadership with people that are self promoters, always looking for the adulation of man rather than the Glory to Yahweh.

God willing, the primary goal of this is to have them come to repentance with all that that word means to healing of the offended, restitution as best as dictates and then restoration. Those words though are not in the Cocurullo-Dixon team’s lexicon when it comes to their own life. The Cocurullo part of the team has a long history, which we will analyze later. The second Epistle of Timothy Chapter 3 verse 5 has arrived.

Let’s get right into it with some raw data to digest. I apologize in advance for the format. The following is the latter half of one of two emails written to three Deacons of Faith Assembly of God as a result of a meeting on the day after Christmas 2013. The meeting was to be about clearing my name and stopping the Cocurullo’s promise of extortion by making public a statement as per the final step of Matthew 18:15-17. But as warned by an outside Pastor, it quickly turned into a feeding fest where I was put on the hot seat answering questions to their excuses why criminal acts are allowed in the Body of Christ. I was the only one with a Bible at the meeting. I am a sheep. This letter was part of two, answering Biblically their issues. They were long letters. I did not want to write them. My family, close friends and I had to re-live a lot of pain. This particular email the first half is answering statements and questions the three deacons put forward, the second half for which you are going to read is to chronicle the acts by Caridad (Carrie) Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey-Dixon for the third deacon Bill Leman who went into this meeting sort of cold. It has been slightly modified to make some points more clear.

Here it is. We Start from the beginning introduction and skip to pages 13 to 26 of that email. For what you are about to read is well documented. The event was recorded by texts, emails and even voice recordings which is legal in NY by statute. Carrie Cocurullo’s own words provide most of the documentation. So 90% of this is not “He said … they said”.

This has been the biggest problem during the last 10 months. I hope Terry you are still willing to keep to your word.

The Bottom line section:

Deacons, these two sisters are dangerous. They have shown no human compassion on what they do to people. Carrie Cocurullo has demonstrated she is well willing to go beyond any point we knew of her to do in the past. It is immoral for anyone to ask me to not to protect myself and my family. Constance Ramsey-Dixon has shown a cold contempt to what is good while parading that she actually believes in God’s word. We see from Constance Ramsey-Dixon callously willing to abuse her power and breach the public trust. Violence and lawlessness seems to be second nature to her. With Carrie’s threats to protect her precious image and someone of Constance Ramsey-Dixon character. The Cucorullo-Dixon Team is dangerous. If you say that these ladies are stable, you better explain it to me. And they have shown that they are willing to protect each other’s interest no matter what. They do not love Jesus.

You have to go out of your way and call a lot of folk liars to protect them. People like my neighbors, my family and the two gentlemen who submitted sworn statements.

And please don’t say, Constance and Carrie said this. They have never been willing to address me. And remember when Carrie got frustrated that the recording of April 7th, 2013 was real and she couldn’t convince me of her “story”.; Carrie pulled the Constance will lie for me card.

George, all I wanted was to return to the fold without Carrie’s slander over my head and to neutralize her future reprisals. I did nothing wrong that day. Either did my family. Either were others that were affected. I trusted biblical principles that day. Those two thumbed their nose at them. There was no repentance, Instead I got officially isolated by a (Gag Order) program that no one wants to take responsibility for. Pastor Linda Schreck instituted it and Pastor Edward Jones refused to lift the gag order so I could get help from what was left of my friends.

I have acted with considerable restraint and patience… there has been no repentance. There have only been reprisals from the Cocurullo-Dixon Team. And in all likelihood there will be more. There has been no humbling of the Word or any show of compassion for who they hurt. The Cocurullo – Dixon team believe not the scripture they teach as evident by their actions and unrepentance; it is not sola scriptura and tota scriptura to them; it is primum superbia posthabeo scriptura.

Bottom Line (Carrie Cocurullo)….

Carrie Cocurullo came to my home unwanted to avoid responsibility and to breach an agreement (again), because she was in fear that her long list of lies and manipulation, defraud (thievery) that would be confronted in a sit down meeting.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo did engaged in criminal activity and violence with her friend Constance on April 7th, 2013 and defiled my home.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo was told not to come to my house. Not just by me. She was told by Deacon Terry Padillo (Conti).

FACT: After telling Constance Ramsey-Dixon (A Corrections Officer that carries an off duty weapon) to stay out of my home, she enters anyway and Carrie hearing that, does not stop her. Constance then becomes an agent of Carrie Cocurullo who is guilty of Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree under NY Penal Law 140.15 as well as Constance Ramsey-Dixon.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo guns her auto without warning in a fit of anger when I spoke 4 little words. “What about the receipt?” This reflects October 5th when she had a “spirit of Entitlement” and defrauded me, which led to a series of lies, which was the real reason for her sins up to this point. Instead of “conviction” of sin she reacted with arrogant anger. This injury twisted my spine and joints on my left side, hip, knee and ankle.

NOTE: At this point, one would think this would have been the end of the sin and both Carrie Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey-Dixon would have recognized the gravity of what they did and start to correct. Most of the world would have. Instead the heaping of evil on top of evil began. They still call themselves “Minister”? That is an offence to Christ first. This is an offence to the innocent second.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo left the scene without getting the police and with the intent of obviating NY State Law by not giving insurance or reporting the act to the police. (She still hasn’t reported it to the police as of Mid June 2013). The laws affected are: NY State Law Article 22 S 600. FACT: Instead of dealing with what Carrie Cocurullo did, she and Constance Ramsey-Dixon went along with their business of “storing stuff” and went to their “ministry” to the Jail. Isn’t that idolatry? Doesn’t that constitute callousness and contempt toward a brother who they injured and to whom they just defiled his home? Yahweh calls them a liar if they say they love God and not their brother. 1 John 4:19-21 comes to mind. And so does 2 Timothy 3:5.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey-Dixon sought no help for the brother they injured. Is the act of a Christian? It certainly isn’t the act of a Minister of the Gospel? It is especially NOT the act of a Minister who participates in a Jail Ministry. And she certainly hasn’t repented for it till today. It shows deep character flaws and stability problems.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo went to Deacon Terry Padillo (Conti) house to receive ministry and probably do “Damage Control”. One would of thought she would get a mutual friend to check up if I needed help. But alas… Carrie Cocurullo didn’t. This is probably while I was in the Hospital for two hours.

FACT: Within 9 and a half hours of the incident, Carrie did her 1st of 3 known Stalkings. On Monday, April 8th, 2013, a half an hour past midnight, Carrie Cocurullo came to my neighborhood and when she saw that I saw her she took off. She acknowledges this put refuses to give an explanation. Can anyone say unstable and dangerous?

FACT: What followed the next day was bizarre. Staff Pastor Linda Schreck was brought in. Pastor Schreck was manipulated by Carrie Cocurullo to concentrate on “stuff” as if that should be the main focal point. Point of Fact, Pastor Schreck began telling me what to do. There was nothing about dealing with the sin, criminal acts and violence. Not protecting the innocent. Not getting me help or my healing. Pastor Schreck was not concerned about my family’s worry and that I missed an important meeting that would set the tone of the next few months during a critical time in our lives.

FACT: At the end of that day I then asked about the insurance and a police report to Pastor Schreck who by this time was acting as the Cocurullo-Dixon Team negotiator instead of and impartial mediator of three congregants. Note: Pastor Schreck would probably disagree with that statement. Carrie Cocurullo had manipulated Pastor Schreck’s response that I am not getting any police report and insurance information. I was then given a warning by Carrie Cocurullo through Pastor Schreck if I pursue them (police accident report and insurance) I will suffer the consequences of escalation. That is a veiled threat. That is the church being used to obviate getting further medical attention and my civil rights. All I wanted was a simple report, not to hurt anyone and I get threats. That is immoral and unethical by even the world’s standards. That takes a cold non-contrite heart to do after you have already sinned. And she hasn’t repented. Carrie Cocurullo displayed something I haven’t seen in many people and it isn’t God. On the act of Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree under NY Penal Law 140.15, NY State Law Article 22 S 600. Leaving scene of an incident without reporting and NY State Law Article 22 S 605. Report required upon accident I was threatened not to even go to the police with “escalation”. Pastor Schreck would not tell me what she meant. (And still hasn’t) Again it was not my desire to press criminal charges, it was an immediate need for help in getting insurance and further medical attention and deal with the church restoration and/or church discipline later process later. I THOUGHT I WAS ATTENDING A BIBLICAL CHURCH.

One should contrast the acts of myself compared to the Cocurullo/Dixon Team. Even though I was the innocent injured target I did not act with malice. Instead I acted with Biblical Principles. I didn’t call the police to report the crime because of two Biblical principles: One we don’t go first thing to the authorities and two we protect the innocent and I recognized the fact Carrie was a single mom responsible for her Daughter. Carrie Cocurullo on the other hand heaped evil on top of evil without even recognition that what she did could do harm to her daughter. Who offered mercy? Certainly not the Cocurullo-Dixon Team? They still refuse to repent. Who acted without any Boundaries to include Biblical mandates – The Cocurullo- Dixon team. Who acted cold hearted to whom they harmed?

FACT: Tuesday, 4/9/13, Pastor Schreck called and gave me the Gag Order (in reality the isolation order against victims of criminal and violent acts) that was given me. Carrie used to posture… within two weeks I receive two calls on the nature “what did I do to Carrie”. Was I the only one given the Gag Order?

FACT: The injury for what Constance Ramsey-Dixon, Carrie Cocurullo and the church gag/isolation order led to more evil. This is what they are responsible for:

•  They harmed my family when they needed me during a critical time for which we will be paying for years , this includes now that I am in Jersey several times a month now. The church will never grasp the damage that the Cocurullo/Dixon Team did to my family, others and I with their violence, criminal acts and subsequent cover up that included stalking, serial lies and extortion of the most vulnerable person around me when they couldn’t get to me. Both unintended and intended.
• Risk of Employment and loss of income. I work in heavy industry.
• End of most ministry involvement by me
• Pain 24/7
• Which led to other health issues like sleep deprivation for 3 months, which also led to more health scares. There have been times where I didn’t know I could even last another day at work. It is only because of the grace of God I have.
• Life style change which means I can’t get done as much, even around the house as I used to and participate socially. Isolation from my friends (Gag Order to protect Cocurullo-Dixon Team). Couldn’t even ask for help from my friends in the church.
• Etc…

FACT: Instead of help or any sign of compassion I continued to get more evil thrown on me. This list includes slander on top of more. I includes two more cases of “known” stalking. To include a false act of contrition to the senior Pastor, this was slander during a modified “Church Discipline.” It includes an a Stalking incident act of extortion against my family that happened at work via phone and a blatant act of defamation of character, both after her visit with Pastor Ed Jones of Faith Assembly of God. It included veiled threats that stated Constance Ramsey-Dixon will lie for her on 7/15/13 and 7/19/13 when she went into a self imposed panic that I couldn’t be threatened. Wouldn’t confession have been easier. Or was all about her pride and her appearance rather than the will of God as noted by scripture. It wouldn’t be a wrong conclusion that Sister’s Cocurullo’s time with Pastor Ed Jones (her “spiritual daddy) was really repentant if she was willing to enter in the world of extortion less than a month later.

It should be noted that Carrie Cocurullo said that Constance Ramsey-Dixon was willing to lie for her. Let me repeat that: The Vice President (Now President)of Brand New Beginnings Ministry, Caridad Cocurullo said that The President (Now Director)of Brand New Beginnings Ministry, Constance Ramsey-Dixon was willing to lie for her. Let me repeat that again for a third time: Carrie Cocurullo said that Constance Ramsey-Dixon a Correction Officer of the Dutches County Jail System that carries an off duty weapon (which means she is probably considered a Peace Officer in the State of NY) is willing to dishonor her position, public trust and oath (again) by lying for Carrie Cocurullo. (Reminder this is documented with Carrie Cocurullo’s words – recording – not he said she said)

Carrie Cocurullo is a unrepentant thief, liar, slanderer, extortioner that has shown no boundaries. She is known for getting even and can keep hate in for years. She went after my family. She went through with her extortion threats. My family is all too well the danger a narcissist presents. She doesn’t care who she uses. She will use the people you love, she will use kids and she will even use her own child.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo has shown no repentance. Carrie Cocurullo has done everything to avoid responsibility. And there is much evidence that this is a continuous theme in Sister Cocurullo’s life.

WHEREAS: Carrie Cocurullo has been formally rebuked for all this and has not responded in accordance with Holy Scripture Luke 17-3 and has not responded in protest or repentance. She did lie during a “Modified Church Discipline”. Formally I have addressed the concern of slander with in days of the April 7th, 2013 incident of criminal and violent acts of April 7th, 2013. She has refuted nothing to me via written word or verbally. She has never shown acts of repentance in any manner either. She has never shown or offered any acts of mercy in the way of help with the condition. On the contrary, Carrie Cocurullo has shown that she is willing to heap evil on top of evil. She has shown no boundaries and is willing to go after and use the innocent to include my family and her own daughter. She is dangerous.

WHEREAS: Carrie Cocurullo has shown any sense of remorse or willingness to repent to my family, the people that were affected, or I; Carrie Cocurullo doesn’t believe in the scripture that covers those areas or believes in Biblical repentance, restoration reconciliation and restitution as represented in Orthodox Biblical Theology toward the people she hurt. Point of fact: Carrie Cocurullo has shown contempt of those principles in other acts against other people. In her life.

WHEREAS: That Carrie Cocurullo on July 19th, 2013 during the third known stalking event did threaten me at work to exploit my family by slandering me with an egregious lie that so-calledly I abused my sister (XXXSister #2 Name redactedXXX) during a deeply tragic personal event in our family’s lives during Memorial Day Weekend of 2012.  This threat along with another threat that Constance Ramsey-Dixon would lie and somehow upset the TRUTH of the “recorded event” of the Cocurullo-Dixon team violent and criminal acts on April 7th, 2013. LET IT BE KNOWN that this act was called a depraved LIE by my 3 sisters and my Uncle, one of which is a complainant with me in this letter. This act constituted a betrayal of the most personal kind to all my family and horrified my sister (XXXSister #2 Name redactedXXX) a battered woman with nightmares. This is the Character of Carrie Cocurullo.

These threats and others were designed to keep me silent about the criminal acts and violence on April 7^th, 2013. But then again she also has a documented history of using the vulnerable in someone’s life because of her contempt for that individual or to get to her ends.

LET IT BE KNOWN: That on December 26th, 2013 it was revealed by a Deacon that Carrie Cocurullo who instituted this threat and other slander directed at my family; actually went through with these threats. It is a reasonable expectation with Carrie Cocurullo’s long history of manipulation and slander, that the number of people will never be known and the story will morph into what audience she has.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That Carrie Cocurullo be noted as a slanderer to the congregation, because of her corruption during Church Discipline so that no congregant has to wear the lies of another believer that is unwilling to correct and stop her slander. That the fourth point of Yeshua in Matthew 18:15-17 be instituted until she demonstrates a willingness of repentance and she has sought forgiveness to those she has harmed. Then she will be willing to for restitution, reconciliation and restoration. (this will never happen.)

LET IT BE RESOLVED: If Carrie Cocurullo does institute repentance, LET IT NOT BE FORGOTTEN the sins of harm and exploitation of my Family and Carrie Cocurullo must duly also seek forgiveness from my 3 sisters and my uncle for her depraved exploitation of my family on July 19th, 2013as noted in the last “Whereas”.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That Carrie Cocurullo in accordance to scripture the same, in order to her in doing further evil will less likely to commit like offences in the future against the innocent and the righteous because as shown Carrie Cocurullo has a history and will not stop unless confronted. Enabling only serves her in her mind to go further where she sees no boundaries. That her actions were dangerous without even the remotest empathy to the ones she harmed.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That due to her actions that are in direct conflict of what a Jail Ministry is all about, her predication of misusing authority, direct contempt for victims, a personal life that does not believe in repentance and seeking forgiveness, a long history of manipulation, her narcissist traits, and obvious contempt for the Holy Word as documented; Let no man or woman address Carrie Cocurullo as “Minister” until repentance takes place followed by a restoration process.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: If Carrie Cocurullo does not believes she should repent and seek forgiveness, she has a perverse view of the gospel and hates Christ. 1 Corinthians 8:12, 1 John 4:20

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That if the Assembly of God had anything to do in attaining Carrie Cocurullo her ministry credentials that they use all influence to have them removed.

Bottom Line (Constance Ramsey-Dixon)….

Constance Ramsey-Dixon came over my home uninvited and unwanted as a stranger to help Caridad Cocurullo to avoid responsibility and to breach an agreement (again), because she was in fear that her long list of lies and manipulation, defraud (thievery) that would be confronted in a sit down meeting.

FACT: Constance Ramsey-Dixon did engage in criminal activity as an agent for her friend Caridad Cocurullo on April 7th, 2013 and defiled my home. Before this point, Constance Ramsey-Dixon had never had engaged in conversation. She never even said thank you for contributing to her ministry both with material and time. She could not be considered a friend, an acquaintance to take the liberties she did.

FACT: After telling Constance Ramsey-Dixon (A Corrections Officer that carries an off duty weapon) to stay out of my home, she enters without regard of what I said. Constance Ramsey-Dixon is a criminal trespasser: Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree under NY Penal Law 140.15. Constance came into my house coldly without regard to my privacy or my home. Her acts show that Constance Ramsey-Dixon’s center is NOT morally and ethically in Christ, let alone the mainstream of what we Christians call the “world”. It show that this “self-proclaimed ministry leader” lacks judgment and self discipline. It showed a contempt of the Lord. Constance Ramsey-Dixon and Carrie Cocurullo defiled my home.

FACT: Her act of Criminal Trespassing is magnified because Constance Ramsey-Dixon is a Corrections Officer that carries an off duty weapon for the Dutchess County Jail, which means she is probably a Peace officer in the State of NY, because it shows that she thought nothing to dishonor her oath, bring shame on her department and to breach the Public Trust. It seems that this sheep is the only one willing to commit his/her words to writing for all my mistakes to be seen . Not the two protected ones and not leadership. My mistakes are out for all to see. There seems to be a higher standard for the offended (My family, others and I) a sheep, then leadership and the “two protected ones” Be willing to commit yourself as well and be a leader.

FACT: Again, Constance Ramsey-Dixon is a Corrections Officer that carries an off duty weapon for the Dutchess County Jail which means in NY State Miss Dixon is probably considered a Peace Officer in NY State which has her to be held at a higher standard and in many jurisdictions Constance Ramsey-Dixon for misconduct at a minimum for just leaving the scene without assisting, but also for obviously not correcting Caridad Cocurullo when she refused compliance with NY State Law Article 22 S 600. FACT: Instead of dealing with the sin of what the Cucorullo – Dixon Team did and get help for a hurting brother they transgressed against, Constance Ramsey-Dixon went along with their business of “storing stuff” and went to their “ministry” to the Jail. Isn’t that idolatry? Doesn’t that constitute callousness and contempt toward a brother who they injured and to whom they just defiled his home? Yahweh calls them a liar if they say they love God and not their brother. 1 John 4:19-21 comes to mind. And so does 2 Timothy 3:5.

FACT: Carrie Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey-Dixon sought no help for the brother they injured. Is the act of a Christian? It certainly isn’t the act of a Minister of the Gospel? It is especially NOT the act of a Minister who participates and leads in a Jail Ministry. And she certainly hasn’t repented for it till today. This in itself shows deep character flaws and stability problems. Where is her husband in all of this?

NOTE: Carrie Cocurullo went to Deacon Terry Padillo (Conti) house to receive ministry and probably do “Damage Control”. One would of thought she would get a mutual friend to check up if I needed help. But alas… Carrie didn’t. This is probably while I was in the Hospital for two hours.

FACT: Within 9 and a half hours of the incident, Carrie did her 1st of 3 known Stalkings. On Monday, April 8th, 2013, a half an hour past midnight, Carrie came to my neighborhood and when she saw that I saw her she took off. She acknowledges this put refuses to give an explanation. Can anyone say unstable and dangerous? I find it hard at this point that Constance Ramsey-Dixon doesn’t know about it.

FACT: What followed the next day was bizarre. Staff Pastor Schreck was brought in. Pastor Schreck was manipulated by Carrie Cocurullo to concentrate on “stuff” as if that should be the main focal point. Point of Fact, Pastor Schreck began telling me what to do. There was nothing about dealing with the sin, criminal acts and violence. Not protecting the innocent. Not getting me help or my healing. Pastor Schreck was not concerned about my family’s worry and that I missed an important meeting that would set the tone of the next few months. It was all about Carrie’s wants.

FACT: At the end of that day I then asked about the insurance and a police report. Carrie had manipulated Pastor Schreck’s response that I am not getting any police report and insurance information. I was then given a warning by Carrie Cocurullo through Pastor Schreck if I pursue them I will suffer the consequences of escalation. That is a veiled threat. That is the church being used to obviate getting further medical attention and my civil rights. All I wanted was a simple report that not to hurt anyone and I get threats. That is immoral and unethical by even the world’s standards. That takes a cold non-contrite heart to do after you have already sinned. And she hasn’t repented. Carrie Cocurullo displayed something I haven’t seen in many people and it isn’t God. On the act of Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree under NY Penal Law 140.15, NY State Law Article 22 S 600. Leaving scene of an incident without reporting and NY State Law Article 22 S 605. Report required upon accident. I was threatened not to even go to the police with “escalation”. Pastor Schreck would not tell me what she meant. (And still hasn’t) Again it was not my desire to press criminal charges, it was an immediate need for help in getting insurance and further medical attention and deal with the church restoration and/or church discipline later process later. I THOUGHT I WAS ATTENDING A BIBLICAL CHURCH. The question is did Constance Ramsey-Dixon have her hand in this?

One should contrast the acts of myself compared to the Cocurullo/Dixon Team. Even though I was the innocent injured target I did not act with malice. Instead I acted with Biblical Principles. I didn’t call the police to report the crime because of two Biblical principles: One we don’t go first thing to the authorities and two we protect the innocent and I recognized the fact Carrie was a single mom responsible for her Daughter. On the other hand, Constance Ramsey-Dixon apparently supported Carrie Cocurullo heaping evil on top of evil without even recognition that what Carrie and she did could do harm to Carrie’s daughter. Who offered mercy? Certainly not the Cocurullo-Dixon Team? They still refuse to repent. Who acted without any Boundaries to include Biblical mandates – The Cocurullo- Dixon team. Who acted cold hearted to whom they harmed? They both offend God without confession and repentance. They both grieve the Holy Spirit because they have brought shame on the name of Yeshua in eyes of so many that are not at Faith Assembly of God. While they with arrogance proclaim themselves as Ministers of Christ without even an attempt to attain forgiveness from the people both saved and unsaved they affected.

FACT: Tuesday, 4/9/13, Pastor Schreck called and gave me the Gag Order (in reality the isolation order against victims of criminal and violent acts) that was given me Carrie used to posture… within two weeks I receive two calls on the nature “what did I do to Carrie”. Was I the only one given the Gag Order? This Gag Order was to be used for the protection of both Carrie Cocurullo and Constance Ramsey-Dixon.

FACT: The injury for what Constance Ramsey-Dixon, Carrie Cocurullo and the church gag/isolation order led to more evil. This is what they are responsible for:

• They harmed my family when they needed me during a critical time for which we will be paying for years , this includes now that I am in Jersey several times a month now. The church will never grasp the damage that the Cocurullo/Dixon Team did to my family, others and I with their violence, criminal acts and subsequent cover up that included stalking, serial lies and extortion of the most vulnerable person around me when they couldn’t get to me. Both unintended and intended.
• Risk of Employment and loss of income. I work in heavy industry.
• End of most ministry involvement by me
• Pain 24/7
• Which led to other health issues like sleep deprivation for 3 months, which also led to more health scares. There have been times where I didn’t know I could even last another day at work. It is only because of the grace of God I have.
• Life style change which means I can’t get done as much, even around the house as I used to and participate socially. Isolation from my friends (Gag Order to protect Cocurullo-Dixon Team). Couldn’t even ask for help from my friends in the church.
• Etc…

FACT: Instead of help by Constance Ramsey-Dixon at any stage or any sign of compassion, I continued to get more evil thrown on me. Although she probably did not act with Carrie Cocurullo, it is extremely unlikely that Constance Ramsey-Dixon was not in support of Carrie Cocurullo. Constance Ramsey-Dixon needs Carrie Cocurullo cover-up for her and Carrie Cocurullo needs Constance Ramsey Dixon to cover-up for her. This was so evident on July 15^th and 19^th, Carrie Cocurullo stated Constance Ramsey- Dixon would lie for her when she realized her lies were in direct conflict of the recorded event on April 7^th, 2014. This list of sin includes slander on top of more. It includes two more cases of known stalking. To include a false act of contrition to the senior Pastor, which was slander during a modified “Church Discipline.” It includes an a Stalking incident and the act of extortion against my family that happened at work via phone and a blatant act of defamation of character, both after her visit with Pastor Ed Jones of Faith Assembly of God.  It included veiled threats that stated Constance Ramsey-Dixon will lie for her on 7/15/13 and 7/19/13 when Carrie Cocurullo went into a self imposed panic that I couldn’t be threatened. Wouldn’t confession have been easier? Or was all about her pride and her appearance rather than the will of God as noted by scripture.

NOTE: The “modified church discipline” is another story. Man through his creativity thinks he is smarter than the Lord.

It should be noted that Carrie Cocurullo said that Constance Ramsey-Dixon was willing to lie for her. Let me repeat that: The Vice President (Now President)of Brand New Beginnings Ministry, Caridad Cocurullo said that The President (Now Director)of Brand New Beginnings Ministry, Constance Ramsey-Dixon was willing to lie for her. Let me repeat that again for a third time: Carrie Cocurullo said that Constance Ramsey-Dixon a Correction Officer of the Dutchses County Jail System that carries an off duty weapon (which means she is probably considered a Peace Officer in the State of NY) is willing to dishonor her position, public trust and oath (again) by lying for Carrie Cocurullo. Where I can’t say that Constance Ramsey-Dixon has actually LIED for Carrie Cocurullo, it would be a reasonable expectation because that until this date, Constance Ramsey-Dixon has made no attempt to correct, separate her from Carrie Cocurullo’s criminal behavior.

You cannot at this point separate the sins of one from the other since they acted in concert and neither of them as individuals have made an attempt of repentance and sought forgiveness to the injured and the innocent. (Romans 1:32) The Cocurullo – Dixon as a team have never shown any concern for the healing of the offended. Only themselves. Just the opposite.

(The following added) I would hope that a church leader would go to Romans 1:32 and then read it in context of the whole previous verses. Thank you.

Constance Ramsey-Dixon supports Caridad Cocurullo as a unrepentant serial liar, slanderer, extortioner that has shown no mercy or compassion on her targets.  Constance Ramsey-Dixon cannot claim ignorance.

FACT: Constance Ramsey-Dixon has shown no repentance or compassion toward me and my family, let alone any sign of conviction for the others outside affected negatively against the church, Faith Assembly of God and/or our Savoir Yeshua. She has done everything to avoid responsibility.

WHEREAS: Constance Ramsey-Dixon has been formally rebuked for all this and has not responded in accordance with Holy Scripture Luke 17-3 and has not responded in protest or repentance. WHEREAS: Constance Ramsey-Dixon’s act of Criminal Trespassing and leaving the scene of an accident where I was injured and not offering assistance is magnified because Constance Ramsey-Dixon is a Corrections Officer that carries an off duty weapon for the Dutchess County Jail, because it shows that she thought nothing to dishonor her oath, bring shame on her department and to breach the Public Trust. This is Abuse of Power that should give warning to all. She has further knowledge without action of Caridad Cocurullo’s not getting a Police Officer and denying insurance. This shows of her willingness to abuse power and bring dishonor on the Department of Corrections which further represents misconduct. This represents to most of the world as a compromise she is willing to make without regard to Yeshua, the public or the victims of her and Carrie’s acts. It represents a deep personal corruption that she seems to be comfortable with. Constance Ramsey Dixon is dangerous and unstable.

WHEREAS: Constance Ramsey-Dixon has not shown any sense of remorse or willingness to repent to my family, the people that were affected, or I; Constance Ramsey-Dixon doesn’t believe in the scripture that covers those areas of believers of restoration reconciliation and restitution toward the people she hurt. Point of fact: Carrie has shown contempt of those principles. And those principles include how we believers are to treat each other. It has been 10 months (now a year) and she has nothing to help her victims.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That Constance Ramsey-Dixon be noted as supporting Carrie Cocurullo who is a stalker, slanderer and extortioner to the congregation, because of her corruption during Church Discipline so that no congregant has to wear the lies of another believer that is unwilling to correct and stop her slander. If Constance Ramsey-Dixon decides to further ignore scripture that this be brought to the congregation as well.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That Constance Ramsey-Dixon be removed immediately from any leadership position within Faith Assembly of God and that either false title of “Minister” be used in this congregation until further notice.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That Constance Ramsey-Dixon during and after the violent and criminal acts of April 7th, 2013 flagrantly abused her status as a Corrections Officer and probable status of a Peace Officer in the State of New York with Criminal Act of her own and allowing acts of her co-conspirator Carrie Cocurullo. Let be known that this behavior marks a dangerous and unstable pattern while showing deep flaws in her own moral and ethical standards that should not be tolerated as a person in Christ. It isn’t accepted in the “world”.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: If Constance Ramsey-Dixon does not believe she should repent and seek forgiveness, she has a perverse view of the gospel and hates Christ. 1 Corinthians 8:12

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That Constance Ramsey-Dixon in accordance to scripture the same, in order to her in doing further evil will less likely to commit like offences in the future against the innocent and the righteous because of what transpired and her willing to support corrupt actions of Carrie Cocurullo who has also shown a long and escalating willingness to go after people and use the innocent. Enabling only serves her in her mind to go further where she sees no boundaries. That her actions were dangerous without even the remotest empathy to the ones she harmed.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That due to Constance Ramsey-Dixon’s actions that are in direct conflict of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and what a Jail Ministry is all about, her predication of misusing authority, direct contempt for victims, a personal life that does not believe in repentance and seeking forgiveness, an association of Carrie Cocurullo who has a long history of manipulation, her narcissist traits, and obvious contempt for the Holy Word as documented; Let no godly man or woman address Constance Ramsey-Dixon as Minister until repentance takes place followed by a reconciliation, restitution, and restoration process. That she be removed as a Prayer Captain. Let this take place immediately.

LET IT BE RESOLVED: That if the Assembly of God had anything to do in attaining Constance Ramsey-Dixon her ministry credentials that they immediately use all influence to have them removed. And furthermore the only way she could attain them is going through a reconciliation, restitution and restoration program that is geared to violence and criminal acts that is monitored by a Presbyter of the Assembly of God that is outside of Faith Assembly of God. This process should also involve Constance Ramsey-Dixon’s husband as he is the Priest of his family. And that until completion the Victims, my family and myself are involved in that process.

Note: When I say restitution in the case of Constance Ramsey-Dixon, I do not mean money. I mean time.

Bottom Line (Brand New Beginnings Ministry)….

WHEREAS: The leadership of Brand New Beginnings Ministry, President (Now Director) Constance Ramsey-Dixon and Vice President (Now President) Caridad Cocurullo have demonstrated their contempt for the people they have harmed. 1 John 4:19-21

WHEREAS: They have shown contempt in their personal lives for Christian values that should be a hallmark in a Jail Ministry such as Repentance, seeking Forgiveness, Reconciliation, Remorse, Restitution, truth and compassion for the their Victims. WHEREAS: President Constance Ramsey-Dixon and Vice President Caridad Cocurullo of Brand New Beginnings Ministry have been shown tp be dangerous in their own right to the public, my family and I. And has participated in further sin against the innocent to cover up their sins with no sign of boundaries; that it is a reasonable expectation that retribution for more cover-up as shown in The Vice President Caridad Cocurullo’s life time and time again.

WHEREAS: Vice President Caridad Cocurullo has been noted not just by me has been steeped in her sin of slander and her well honed skills of manipulation for years and Constance Ramsey-Dixon traits, especially her ease of lawlessness with contempt for her victims, the possibility of the title of “Apostate” be considered rather than “Minister”. Refer to Hebrews 10:26 and 2 Timothy 3:5.

BE IT RESOLVED: That the New Beginnings Ministry not be recognized in any organization that claims Yeshua as Savior, Lord, Redeemer and King and has knowledge of the unrepentant transgressions of the leadership of Brand New Beginnings Ministry as long as the leadership has not repented, sought forgiveness and has gone through a restoration program.

BE IT RESOLVED: That immediately no one in the Brand New Beginnings Ministry be addressed as “Minister” because of the current leadership of Brand New Beginnings Ministry and what the leadership represents.

BE IT RESOLVED: That no Brother or Sister in Christ, especially church leadership, even suggest because of “Works” we ignore the corruption and sin of the leadership of Brand New Beginnings Ministry because that would be Idolatry.

Conclusion:

That day (April 7th, 2013) I wanted to be left alone. My world has changed because of two corrupt sisters in Christ who remain in unrepentance. I offered mercy and reconciliation from the beginning just to have greater sins thrown at me. I did nothing wrong that day.

I have acted with patience and restraint for 10 months. My family and I are the victims. There is no Biblical reason for any delay. This was CRIMINAL ACTS and VIOLENCE. This was sin heaped upon sin instead of repentance. There is no Biblical reason for the church not to correct the slander. No leadership have shown me in the Word where I am wrong. I have acted with patience and restraint for 10 months. (Now a year)

I have acted with patience and restraint for 10 months. I have been given no assurances that either of these two sisters will not act vindictively with reprisals against my family and I. The combination of these two with their propensity for evil lends to the possibility they will. Their hearts grow colder by the day the scripture says. They are both in sin. I have acted with patience and restraint for 10 months. (Now a year)

My Sister (XXX Sister #3 Name Redacted XXX), her pastor and I pray you will do the right thing. Remember (XXX Sister #3 Name Redacted XXX), is also a target and should of recognition in the process. Violence and Criminal Acts are serious. I pray that because I am a sheep, that latitude will be given me and that self proclaimed leaders be held at a higher standard as scripture dictates. The “Respecter of Persons” attitude which seems to be prevalent has to stop. As noted in my response to Deacon Terry Conti in a email that you will see in a few days (will not be published). Again Violence and the Criminal acts are serious. Too serious to be ignored by the church. The slander, serial lies, stalking and extortion that came afterward seems to be “ok” with some. It is not.

Remember, If Yeshua’s words were followed instead of the flawed creativity of man in the beginning; this would be over. Biblical reconciliation would be accomplished and healing for the targets/victims would be in process. Instead we have seen the sin heaped on top of injury time and time again. This must grieve the Lord when we think we can do better than He. Matthew 18:15-17 and most Church Discipline I have studied concentrate on the healing of the hurt first, then reconciliation, then healing during the restoration process of the offenders. This was not done. It was supposed to be transparent for the targets/offended/victims. It was not.

I pray for God’s wisdom for you to follow his Word.

This “story” is great one is you analyze what can happen if sin is left to grow and how it can affect the leadership of even a large church. It is a story about how one little sin can devastate a multitude of people. This is the saddest part of the story from a perspective of what is absorbed by the observer of stories like mine because often the observer will never appreciate that the collateral damage as it destroyed others lives.

Note: After going through the process of writing this (remember this was 25 pages and the first part of this letter that was left out that answered their specific questions) (as well as another more sensitive document how this affected my family especially with the extortion), neither Deacon got back to me as if this was an exercise for me to do.

It isn’t about exposing dirty laundry or even hiding dirty laundry, it is about cleaning our dirty laundry. The full counsel of the Word of God was ignored by all in a Biblically based Church. This is not just about the Cocurullo-Dixon Team. I will write later on various aspects of what this “story” using this as the base document. How the Church addresses (in this case protects sin) violence and criminal acts go beyond that and directly to the heart of Ministerial Integrity.

As you read between the lines you have probably noted some inherit problems with Faith Assembly of God. I have found out that a lot of people have left with similar stories of slander and church abuse minus the criminal acts. There are good solid brothers and sisters in the Lord at Faith AG I am so saddened and torn. I love my church. I love my brothers and sisters. As the story unfolds you will hear of God’s Word being twisted and stood on it’s ear. I study cults and I have learned what a Jehovah Witness and Mormon goes through when they go through disfellowship. I then entered the world of apologetics that I thought I had no desire to deal with, Spiritual Abuse. Spiritual Abuse in my case consisted of Isolation, secrecy, authoritarianism, elitism of a multi tiered church which puts “the value” of one Child of God over the other.

Brothers and Sisters, Truth is important. Yeshua doesn’t want sins to be hidden. He wants repentance. A lot of what seen is told to us in the Bible would happen. If you go through the system, don’t believe the lie that you have to remain silent if scripture is not the driving force and truth is sidestepped for the sake of expedience or cover-up. Jesus was certainly not silent. We follow Him, not man. You are not alone. Speak out if you can. The Lord just might use you to help your brothers and sisters just by speaking out. And pray that God will turn them by changing hearts. If you have to leave without a fight, do so then after you pray. Yahweh uses the weak for His glory.
